Quid processes sensitive financial documents on behalf of our clients. Here is how we protect that data.

Strict access controls

Only authorised Quid agents and team members access your financial data. Access is role-based, logged, and auditable. No data is shared across clients.

Encryption in transit and at rest

All financial data processed by Quid is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We do not store invoice data beyond what is required for processing.

Full audit trails on every action

Every action taken by a Quid agent is logged and traceable. You can see exactly what was processed, what was posted, and what was flagged — with timestamps.

GDPR compliant

Quid operates under GDPR. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request. Our data handling practices comply with EU data protection requirements.
