As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered byartificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively,"AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience andprovide you with innovative solutions. The terms in this Privacy Noticegovern your use of the AI Products within our Services.Use of AI TechnologiesWe provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AIService Providers"), including Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI, GoogleCloud AI and OpenAI. As outlined in this Privacy Notice, your input, output,and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AIService Providers to enable your use of our AI Products for purposesoutlined in "WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOURPERSONAL INFORMATION?" 6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill thepurposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessaryfor the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retentionperiod is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or otherlegal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping yourpersonal information for longer than twelve (12) months past thetermination of the user's account.When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process yourpersonal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information,or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal informationhas been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store yourpersonal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletionis possible.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to childrenunder 18 years of age.We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. Byusing the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you arethe parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minordependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobileapplications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you canactivate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about youronline browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at thistime.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email.
